Manager - AD Operations role with Cympl Studios (pune)

Job Description

  • The candidate is responsible for setting up, managing and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluating Ad formats to be based on Game Play, IAP Strategy and UI/UX of the game.
  • Proper evaluation should be done for Ad network based on their operational performance,ease of integration and features provided by network.
  • Look for Ad partner and negotaite for potential deal to increase Ad revenue.
  • Ensuring correct integration of the SDK into the game.
  • Monitoring Ad-performance metrices and taking necessary action.
  • Daily check over Ad metrices such as Revenue,eCPM, impressons and Fill rate.

Skill Sets:
  • This position is best suited to someone with minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital Ad operations role.
  • Have a good understanding of Ad-Network platforms.
  • Must be from gaming, internet, online or E-Commerce industry.
  • Strong Communication (Written and Verbal).
  • Good working knowledge of MS office especially excel and PPT.

Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
